This 3-month option tailors your personal fitness program to your individual goals. You will receive ongoing one-on-one support and guidance to build the foundation for reaching your health and fitness goals.

Upon completion of the 6-month program, you can sign up on a month-to-month basis.

This 6-month option focuses on building the foundation for lifelong health and fitness, as well as maintaining the lifestyle changes that get you to where you want to be with your health and fitness goals.

Upon completion of the 6-month program, you can sign up on a month-to-month basis.

Pre & Postnatal programs

Need guidance for staying active throughout your pregnancy?
Need support to return to fitness post pregnancy?

FHF offers programs that support all trimesters and your changing needs. There will be a focus on maintaining or building strength, flexibility, and pelvic floor muscle training.

Prenatal clients can join at any point in their pregnancy.


Postnatal clients must consult with your health care provider prior to beginning your program.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in my personal training package?
All online personal training packages include an initial 1-hour intake session, weekly check-ins, ongoing support and guidance with access to your personal trainer as needed allowing for consistent communication, and a monthly call to discuss progress and next steps in your fitness journey. Nutritional recommendations are an optional focus during your program. 

Why choose online personal training?
Online personal training gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule allowing you to fit your workout in when it works best for you. Our busy lives tend to be a barrier to following and staying consistent with a fitness program. Having the ability to work out on your own time throughout your day with the support from a personal trainer will help you towards reaching your fitness goals.

Is online personal training personalized?

Foundation Health and Fitness tailors your fitness program to you and your specific fitness goals. During the initial intake session we will work together to understand what formats of fitness you prefer, barriers that might be currently stopping you from reaching your goals, and how I can best support you on your fitness journey.

What if I prefer other formats of exercise rather than weight training?

That's what we are all about. We will build a program around your preferred formats of exercise; whether that is biking, gardening, swimming, running, playing tennis or sports with friends, our focus is to build a fitness program that works for you based on your interests and time commitment.

What if I don't have access to a gym/weights/equipment and I prefer to work out at home?

Not a problem. There are many options when it comes to working out at home. You will not be required to build a home gym, but we may encourage you to buy a few inexpensive pieces of equipment (workout bands, yoga mat, etc). With that being said, we can build a program around what you have access to.

I've just finished the 3-month (or 6-month) personal training program with Foundation Health and Fitness, now what?

If you find the support of a personal trainer is working for you, we're happy to have you continue with us on a month-to-month basis (we require a minimum of 14 days notice if you wish to cancel for the next month). 

If you are feeling good and motivated about your progress, and continuing on your own, we are so glad you chose to start your journey with Foundation Health and Fitness. You can always come back and sign up for an additional month if you find you've got off-track a bit.

*More than 6 months off, you are required to sign up for a minimum of 3-months of personal training services.

I signed up for a personal training program (3-month, 6-month), and realize online personal training is not for me. Can I cancel?

Before you sign up, schedule a free 15-minute consultation to find out if Foundation Health and Fitness is a good fit for you.

If you have already made the commitment to work with FHF Personal Training, I encourage you to give it a shot. You signed up for a reason and I am here to support you every step of the way. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation policy: Remember, we do require full payment up front before your initial intake session for our 3 month program, and 50% for our 6 month program. If you wish to cancel after that, we get it!

​

Personal training packages are non-refundable/non-transferrable/cannot be paused.
